Lash Group is a division of the AmerisourceBergen Corporation within the Consulting Services group. LASH Premier Client Application Support Project has 6 offshore team members. Responsibility of my team is Application Enhancement and Production Support.

Responsibilities:

 

·                              Closely interacting with business users to understand requirements.

·                              Worked as an active team member in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and CMM

     implementation team for LASH.

·                              Effort Estimation and Involved in creating the High Level and Low Level design

     documents to define the technical implementations of the various functional

     requirements.

·                              Created the Class and Sequence diagrams to enable better understanding to the

     developers which ensures the better code quality. Involved in code review to find out the

     code quality and the scope for improvement in existing code.

Johnson & Johnson is a Fortune 100 company engages in the research and development, manufacture, and sale of various products in the health care field worldwide.

Project Description: -

Trace Application- I was engaged with enhancements of this application, such as, adding new functionality in the Admin section, modifying the 'Define & Review' functionality, adding new reports, enhancing the search functionality, etc.

Site Tracking System Application - The old, web application that deals with Clinical Trial Site management was developed in Oracle forms. The project involved migrating this application to .NET 2.0.

Ortho Clinical Diagnostics – This is a support and enhancement type project with 13 member’s offshore team and 5 member’s onsite team.

Responsibilities:

·                              Optimized the performance of various SQL scripts, stored procedures and triggers by

    Using embedded UDF’s and System stored procedures. Established standards for SQL

    Installations, maintenance, tuning, and coding standards in development environment.

·      Created SQL Jobs, Developed Dynamic Reports using SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS) and Implemented SSIS Packages for monthly data import from MS Excel.

·      Worked as a Technical Lead in Migration Project to migrate DB2 application to ASP.NET 2.0.

·      Effectively utilized ASP.NET Caching technique and Session management to create high performance of the web application. Worked with CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) pages to make the download time faster by automatically applying the styles when the element occurs with compatible browsers.

·      Understanding existing Oracle forms Application and Migration to ASP.NET 2.0 Web Site.

Application FMPro - This Application controls Dell’s ‘AMC’ merge center (Laptop assembly centre in USA) business operation. I had worked on report rewrite project (converting VB 6.0 code to C#), written DTS packages for data transformation (SQL DB to Oracle & Access DB) and written SQL Stored procedures.

Application Change Order Action Form (COAF) - which runs in Dell’s factory floor, is a Web-based application developed using ASP.NET, C# (.NET 2 .0). This application is used by customer care executives to change the shipping address of deliverables. I was a developer-cum-module lead of a 4 member team.

Responsibilities:

·   Understanding existing VBA Application of Dell’s ‘AMC’ merge center and preparing a migration plan (module wise) to ASP.NET 2.0.

·   Re written existing report (converting VB 6.0 code to C#), written DTS packages for data transformation (SQL DB to Oracle & Access DB) and developed new SQL Stored procedures.

·   Developed ASP.NET Web Service, that’s send 50000 emails everyday to customers placed Laptop orders online.

·   Develop 7 reusable Nexus Components using Visual Studio 2005(.NET framework 2.0), C# and JavaScrip. These components were used in all the development projects throughout Dell Inc.

·   Developed an Application called Change Order Action Form (COAF), which runs in Dell’s factory floor, It’s an Web-based application developed using ASP.NET, C# (.NET 2 .0). This application is used by customer care executives to change the shipping address of Laptops.

·   Worked as a Production Support executing for an application called FM Pro.

Global Systems Technologies (GST) is an Information Technology (IT) and systems engineering firm with over 20 year history of providing exceptional services to USA government and commercial customers. I worked in GST as a Sr Developer in HIPPA project.

Responsibilities:

·   Understanding Health insurance Claim Generation process (HIPPA) and develop parsers in C# to parse EDI Test files.

·   Developed Validation rules for EDI files (Claims) in C# for checking Syntactical errors. Extensively worked on .NET XML Class libraries (Creation of XML files and Reading XML files).

·   Developed Databound Recordset in .Net 2.0 platform for developer’s workes in Visual Basic 6.0.Developed a bridge class, which implements Ilist, Itypeslist & Iboundlist interfaces to make the Recordset a Data bound Source.

·   Developed TAPI (Telephonic Integration) Programming Interface with 13 functions, such as, Modem Dialing, Getting Dial Line status, Sending & Receiving data from serial port etc. Tapi32.lib was used for development and Null modem was used for testing (Send & Receive Data from Serial port).

·   Developed Agent Tool in Visual Studio 2003 .This tool was integrated with all customer products, which have MS Access database as backend. This tool was used to keep track of licensing information.

·   Worked as a Sr Developer in Timesheet Web Application developed using ASP.NET, C#.

Expectrum Solution is a customized software development company. I worked there as an Developer in 3 projects namely, Car rental application for Gujral Distributor, Factory Automation system for Thacker Dairy and Information Software for InfoDrive India private Limited.

Responsibilities:

·   Extensive interaction with clients to understand business requirements and convert

     business requirement to functional requirement.

·   Implemented newly developed Factory Automation system in Client Side. Taken backup of

    existing SQL 2000 Database and restored on top of new Database Schema.
